Is there a fee to apply?
No. Applying and signing the partner contract is free; there is no joining fee or materials fee.
How soon can we start submitting applications?
Typically 1–2 weeks from inquiry to portal access, depending on how quickly both sides sign.
We already partner with VNIS for another university. Do we need to apply again?
Please still submit this form so the office records your A-State interest and adds a contract annex; the process is faster.
