The College of Nursing & Health Professions was established at the start of the 1982 academic year, formed by combining three programs that had previously been offered through other units of the university.
The college has more than 9,000 alumni and currently enrolls more than 1,800 students across a variety of undergraduate and professional graduate majors. It offers day, evening, and weekend degree programs, as well as courses delivered through distance learning technology.
