Partner Tools for A-State Recruitment Partners

Two New Tools for A-State Recruitment Partners in Vietnam
The A-State Vietnam Office is introducing two online tools to help recruitment partners connect, submit information, and receive support more conveniently: Partnership Registration and Partner Support Request.
Faster, clearer, and more targeted partner support
In international recruitment, partners need accurate information, timely materials, and a clear point of contact for coordination. That's why the A-State Vietnam Office has built two new tools to make partnership registration and support requests more convenient.
These two tools do not replace direct communication with the Vietnam Office; rather, they serve as an official first step so that information is fully recorded, properly categorized by need, and directed to the right kind of support.
Choose the right tool for your needs
If you are a new partner or are interested in partnering with A-State, start with the Partnership Registration tool. If you are already a partner or have a specific coordination need, use the Partner Support Request tool.
Partnership Registration
For study-abroad consulting companies, schools, educational organizations, or any organization interested in becoming a recruitment partner of Arkansas State University in Vietnam.
Submit Partnership RegistrationPartner Support Request
For partners who need support with materials, program information, event coordination, school visits, student case consultation, or other recruitment needs.
Submit a Support RequestHow do these two tools help partners work more efficiently?
Instead of sending scattered information through many different channels, partners can use the appropriate form so that the Vietnam Office clearly understands the context, needs, and priority level from the very beginning.
Fully recorded information
The form fields are designed around partners' real needs, helping the Vietnam Office clearly understand the type of organization, the nature of the partnership, or the content of the support needed.
Clearer request categorization
Requests related to new partnerships, materials, events, student cases, or resource access can be identified more clearly right from the initial submission.
Shorter coordination time
When the input information is clear, the process of responding, providing guidance, and routing internally becomes smoother, especially during peak recruitment periods.
Which tool should you use?
Here's a quick way to distinguish between the two tools so partners can choose the right form from the start.

Processing steps after a partner submits information
After a partner submits the form, the Vietnam Office will use the information provided to determine the need and respond in the appropriate direction.
Submit the form
The partner selects the appropriate tool and fills in information based on their partnership or support needs.
Needs recorded
The Vietnam Office receives the information, categorizes the content, and determines the appropriate next steps.
Connect with the right contact
The partner receives a response or is connected with the appropriate point of contact based on the request content.
Ongoing coordination
Both sides continue to communicate regarding materials, events, student cases, or the partnership process.
A clearer point of contact for the A-State partner ecosystem
These two new tools help the A-State Vietnam Office standardize how it receives information from partners, while giving recruitment organizations a more proactive, transparent, and convenient working experience.
